What's for dinner

Jasmine rice & Stir Fry

A lot of times when I make stir fry, I raid the fridge for meat & veggies to combine.  So our stir fries are "never the same twice".

This one included:
-chicken & bacon
-cauliflower, carrot, celery, onion, & spinach
-coconut oil & a drizzle of sesame oil
-liquid aminos
-ginger, garlic powder, dried red pepper flakes

What's for dinner?

Pork chops: sauteed in liquid aminos (cooked down all the liquid); seasoned with minced dried onion & red pepper flakes

Potato wedges: olive oil, seasoned with Kroger's zesty seasoning blend & salt; bake at 400F for 32min, flip wedges, bake another 20min

Steamed cauliflower & broccoli: seasoned with dry Ranch mix & salt
Delish!!!!
