Simple. Fast. Awesome.
1 C cocoa powder
1-1/2 C sugar
1/8 t salt
1/2 t espresso powder (optional)
1 C hot water
1-1/2 T vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in a large saucepan. Add enough hot water to make a paste, then add the remaining water.
Bring to a boil. Stir constantly.
Boil 3 min, take off heat, add vanilla.
Pour into clean pint jar.
Store in fridge.
Try not to eat the whole thing. ;-)
